We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

After an order has been placed, we need 3-5 days of processing orders and ship your item(s) within 15-20 business days in US. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates.
And refunds/replacements can only be processed once an international order has not been delivered for 30 days.
Customers should pretty much aware of their country’s taxations or customs duties and they have to be the one responsible for it.

DELIVERY
Depending on your location and address type we will ship your order via the U.S. Post Office, UPS or Fed Ex.
Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. We ship from Vietnam.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.
If you received a tracking number your order actually shipped. It can occasionally take up to 48 hours for the tracking websites to update properly. If it hasn’t updated in that time, let us know and we can dig deeper for you.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
